Rui Cao is an executive coach, leadership facilitator, and former Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company with over 15 years of experience spanning strategy, transformation, and leadership development across Asia and the United States.

Throughout her career, Rui has worked closely with senior executives and leadership teams across industries, helping organizations navigate growth, transformation, organizational change, and complex business challenges. Her background includes leadership roles in management consulting and banking, giving her deep understanding of high-performance environments and the realities leaders face as they navigate increasing complexity and responsibility.
