Meija Jacobs is a certified executive coach and former IDEO design and innovation executive who helps leaders and teams expand their creative capacity, deepen trust, and navigate uncertainty with greater clarity and courage.

Drawing from her background in human-centered design, clinical psychology, and Co-Active coaching, Meija’s experience includes executive and team coaching, leadership development, strategic and team-building offsites, and facilitation for teams navigating transition, transformation, and growth. As a facilitator, she is known for creating spaces that spark perspective shifts, meaningful connection, and forward movement.
