Frances has held numerous clinical and operational roles. She has learned that regardless of the job, she is most interested in the relational aspects within.
Before joining the Group, Frances worked for a decade at ANDRUS, a private non-profit that supports children, families and communities. Her roles during her time there included clinician, director and trainer. In addition to a variety of job-specific trainings, she trained in the Sanctuary Model, which seeks to help an agency’s leaders reclaim a culture of hope and innovation, particularly those serving clients facing adversity.
Earlier in her career, Frances lived in North Carolina where she worked in outdoor education programs and led backpacking trips in her role as Assistant Director of a residential girls summer camp. Her job descriptions have included training, program development, supervision, and operations.
Frances earned her Master in Social Work at NYU and completed coursework for a Master in Child Development at Sarah Lawrence College. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Virginia.
